What Does the following ESR Result Indicate? 

I am a Female 49 years. My HB is 11.2, ESR is 26, Impression is Normocytic NormoChromic anaemia . I am RA positive from last 20 years. Flare up during post spring and later remission .Since past one year I have joints pain (mainly right ankle joint was affected), both knees (subsiding now) and right shoulder joint ( moderate pain). What inflammation I may be having. I am natural therapy, Yoga and gluten free diet

RA is an inflammatory disease and would be associated with increases in the ESR (non specific marker of inflammation) with higher increases occurring during flare ups.

There are different types and causes of anemia.

Normocyctic normochromic anemia is usually associated with a history of chronic/persistent disease such as the long history of rheumatoid that you mentioned.
This is the likely cause for you.

The anemia is slight and would not likely cause any significant impairment
